A quiet, good handling tire that deals with snow just fine. They improved the handling on my Subaru Forester XT over the stock rubber they replaced. They also work great on my wife's Prius.
What is bad?
They are a little more expensive than other all-season tires. I tend to go through a set in 25000 miles but that's probably because of my driving style. I can't honestly think of any tire make that has lasted longer than that for me.
Comments
I have put Ecopias on multiple vehicles over the years-- whatever happens to be my daily driver gets a set when it's replacement time. I tend to see about a 1 to 1.5 mpg improvement in mileage. I really like them.

These tires came on my Toyota Prius, bought new. Overall, I was pleased with them, but they are ready for replacement at only 48,000 miles. Also, one of front tire has developed a thumping noise in recent weeks. And I can't blame the tires for this, but after not having a flat for 20 years, I have had three flats on this car in the last 2-3 years. It has to be a coincidence, but I find it odd.
What is bad?
Treadwear 
not long-lived, they are ready for replacement at only 48,000 miles
